When installing Great Dialogue Software™ if you receive the message:  “This setup requires at least version 2.5 of the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) to be installed” then you know that you do not have the most recent version of MDAC installed.  Close down the installation process and download a free upgrade of MDAC, see below:
